Job Overview
The Belt Annealer Operator manages the input/output of the belt Annealer. During the shift, they will verify heat setting requirements for the material being fed into the Annealer and manage the Annealer temperature controls to ensure quality results. As material exits the Annealer, they are responsible for proper containerization of material according to specification and for delivery of product to the next step in Operations.
Job Requirements
- Monitoring the equipment readings, documenting them in the relevant logs, and reporting any anomalies to the supervisor to take appropriate action.
- Installing and maintaining commonly changed components; maintaining records of equipment usage, repair history, reliability, etc.
- Supporting periodic inspections and tests to evaluate the condition of different machine parts; sharing critical feedback with engineers and supervisors.
- Identifying and segregating the parts, monitoring cycle time variations and positioning, and suggesting corrections.
What your background should look like
- Ability to work independently with little guidance
- Ability to make decisions regarding product to be Annealed
- Previous experience with SAP and data entry preferred
- Position requires frequent lifting of up to 30 lbs and long periods of standing

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $36,000 - 54,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
