Job Overview

Responsible for encouraging all team members to work together to meet customer quality and schedule requirements.  As a member of the team, the team leader facilitates participation from each team member and provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met.  This position works a Day Shift schedule.  

 

Essential Functions:

  • Assist team members in meeting customer quality and schedule requirements.

  • Provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met.

What your background should look like

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of Manufacturing Team Leader assembly or cable experience.
  • Leadership skills,
  • Good human relation skills,
  • Good presentation skills,
  • Problem solving skills,
  • Organization skills,
  • Knowledge of Just‑In‑Time manufacturing techniques. 
  • Able to perform production line responsibilities
  • Good understanding of all assembly or cable tools and equipment

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,100 – 66,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
