Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance IV Technician specializing in electrical and controls to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to the repair, maintenance, and installation of manufacturing equipment and systems. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of our processes and equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose, address, and prevent machine breakdowns, with a focus on process control systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLC) from manufacturers including Allen-Bradley, GE Fanuc, Aromat, and OMRON.
- Component Replacement: Replace broken or worn parts related to electronic controls to maintain optimal functionality.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance procedures on manufacturing equipment such as rectifiers, motor controls, power supplies, and similar systems to minimize downtime.
- Electrical Installation: Install wiring, conduit, and related components in compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Mechanical Support: Assist with mechanical repairs to ensure comprehensive equipment functionality.
- System Testing and Diagnostics: Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to test and troubleshoot electrical systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to effectively address issues.
Shift Details:
This is a 1st shift position with working hours from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
What your background should look like:
Education: An associate degree or equivalent in Electronics Technology, with a strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in electronics and industrial maintenance, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, reading schematics, and troubleshooting complex systems.
Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $65,200 – $97,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
