Job Overview
The Assembly Operator 1 works as part of a team to complete assembly of parts delivered from upstream processes in the facility. They verify the finished product meets quality expectations while performing the required tasks in a safe and efficient manner. They will be working with both manually operated and automated equipment to complete parts assembly. Extended periods of standing/sitting are required for the position dependent upon task assigned. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs is required to move material to or away from the machine they are running.
Job Requirements
- Ability to utilize inspection equipment to measure tooling/product for conformance.
- Inspection equipment includes: comparator, micrometers, dial calipers and gages
- Achieves established productivity targets on equipment assigned to them
- Is accountable for finished product quality before delivering to Packaging and Shipping

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $40,000 - 59,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
