Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.
What your background should look like:


  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for S2P related topics,
  • Ensure proper processing of vendor payments,
  • Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets,
  • Coordinate S2P month end close activities and AP reporting,
  • Coordinate with local Finance Controllers/Directors to identify and  address any unresolved issues in a timely manner,
  • Develop and maintain scorecards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)  to manage the performance of the department,
  • Appropriately manage and escalate issues with service delivery,
  • Proactively monitor and operate a robust SOX and internal control environment,
  • Manage S2P team: ensure quality and efficiency of work produced, perform regular performance evaluations of staff members, hold regular meetings, coach and mentor team, recognize key employees.


  • 2+ years of relevant experience,
  • Prior experience in S2P functions in a shared services environment,
  • Strong written and oral communication skills,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Excellent analytical skill,
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems,
  • Well-developed management and leadership skills.
