We are looking for an experienced Leadership Programs, Impact & Engagement Lead to help shape the future of leadership and talent development at TE.

This role sits at the intersection of program delivery, impact measurement, communications, and innovation. You will help bring leadership strategies to life, ensuring our programs are launched successfully, create meaningful experiences for participants, and generate measurable outcomes for the business. You will define how we measure success, tell the story of impact through executive insights, and drive engagement strategies that inspire leaders to learn, grow, and apply new capabilities. Working closely with the Strategy & Design Manager, Experience Manager, HR Analytics, Communications partners, Talent Partners, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in evolving our leadership portfolio while helping create experiences that are innovative, scalable, and business relevant.

Your main tasks:

Program & Portfolio Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end project management of new leadership and talent initiatives.
  • Develop implementation roadmaps, governance structures, timelines, and success measures.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, communications partners, and delivery teams.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and implementation activities across multiple programs.
  • Ensure learning experiences, communications, technology, and measurement approaches are fully integrated for successful launches.
  • Conduct implementation reviews and identify opportunities to improve future program delivery.

 

Drive Impact Measurement, Analytics & Executive Insights

  • Define measurement frameworks that connect program outcomes to business priorities and talent objectives.
  • Establish meaningful success metrics and impact indicators across leadership programs.
  • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Use program data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and investment decisions.
  • Partner with program design stakeholders to ensure measurement strategies, success indicators, and business outcome metrics are embedded into new programs from inception.

 Lead Communications, Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption

  • Create communication and engagement strategies that support successful program launches and ongoing participation.
  • Partner with communications partner and Global team to tailor messaging for executives, managers, HR partners, and participants.
  • Develop stakeholder toolkits, marketing assets, SharePoint content, and engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve communication effectiveness.

Own Program Excellence & Portfolio Evolution

  • Manage and evolve programs such as ROOTS, Ignite, Signature Programs, and other development initiatives.
  • Monitor participation, engagement, satisfaction, and business impact measures.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance learner experience, accessibility, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • Lead program reviews and recommend improvements based on data, feedback, and changing business priorities.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across the leadership and talent portfolio.

Enable Digital Learning & Experience Innovation

  • Design and optimize digital learner journeys, assessments, surveys, and engagement experiences.
  • Partner with vendors and technology teams to implement and enhance learning solutions.
  • Ensure technology supports participant experience, communication, reporting, and program measurement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and digital engagement.

What you should bring:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
  •  8–10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent development, learning strategy, organizational development, HR transformation, or enterprise program management.
  •  Proven experience managing, evolving, or scaling leadership, talent, or development programs in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to define measurement approaches that connect program objectives to business priorities, stakeholder outcomes, leadership behaviors, talent outcomes, engagement, culture, or organizational performance.
  •  Experience designing dashboards, reporting layouts, scorecards, or executive-ready insight reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, create insight narratives, and make recommendations that influence program direction.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts, data, and insights into compelling narratives that influence stakeholder decisions and engagement.
  • Experience developing communications and engagement strategies that support program launch, adoption, participation, and sustained behavior change.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work across HR, Talent, Communications, Analytics, vendors, and business leaders.
  • Ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and operate with credibility in a fast-moving global environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional program implementations involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, technology platforms, communications activities, and operational delivery teams.

Preferred

  •  Experience working directly with business functions or business leadership teams to align development programs to business priorities.
  • Experience with learning evaluation models, leadership behavior measurement, talent analytics, engagement data, survey design, or impact measurement frameworks.
  • Experience using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Qualtrics, Glint, SAP SuccessFactors, 360Learning, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise communications, change management, stakeholder campaigns, or internal marketing for talent/leadership initiatives.
  • Experience working with external leadership development vendors or consulting partners.
