Job Overview
Join our Global HRSS Project Management Office (PMO) and help build a culture of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence across our global HR Shared Services organization. In this role, you will lead initiatives that standardize processes, drive efficiency, and enhance service quality worldwide. You will work closely with HRSS leadership and site TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) leaders to implement CI strategies and deliver impactful results.
Job Requirements
- Deploy TEOA requirements across HRSS and promote success stories to inspire engagement.
- Develop and execute Continuous Improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as the single point of contact for TEOA process and system standardization.
- Train and educate HRSS personnel on CI methodologies and tools.
- Coordinate global HRSS operational reviews, scorecards, and performance monitoring.
- Partner with HRSS leadership to identify process improvement opportunities focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Global Automation Team to align projects with HRSS priorities.
- Lead global functional or project teams, ensuring successful execution of initiatives.
- Conduct impact analyses for process changes and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Manage regional or global projects as assigned by PMO leadership.
What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 5–7 years in project management or CI roles (Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement).
- 2+ years in a managerial capacity, ideally in CI or Project Management.
- Experience in Shared Services or BPO environments preferred.
- Lean principles, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
- Project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Signavio, Tableau, Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
