Job Overview



The Corporate Security Analyst is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and communicating administrative tasks associated with department responsibilities. This individual will utilize established ERSM department tracking to identify non-compliance of TE security policy, update tracking metrics and create reports for ERSM team members to review in their areas of responsibility.



  • Routinely evaluate TE’s automated international travel requests for compliance with travel policy.
  • Triage high-risk travel requests and elevate them to Regional Security Managers for approval. 
  • Upon request, provide guidance on available travel resources to international travelers through ISOS.
  • Monitor ERSM program action tracker documents and update the progress dashboard monthly.
  • Maintain security risk assessment data utilizing Resolver software and generate monthly progress reports. 
  • Assist with the administration of metrics for security management system compliance across the enterprise and generate quarterly performance reports. 



  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Business Administration or Social Science related).
  • Interest in global current affairs and/or security risk field.
  • Experience in a multinational organization demonstrating engagement in a data-driven, metrics-based department.
  • Attention to details and analytical mind
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communications skills and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to monitor inquiries, quickly evaluate the information, learn operational procedures and initiate actions.
