Job Overview
The Solution Center Team supports the Enterprise to drive Customer Growth and Experience and the Distribution Channel business unit to make it easy for our Distribution partners to do business with TE. The organization consists of more than 400 employees who provide global service to both Customers and Distributors and drive growth for the organization.

• Point Of Contact of all customer needs
• drive Extraordinary Customer Experience through customer interactions
• opportunity to be part of a customer centric project around survey feedbacks
• support the increase of customer effort score and NPS for the customer accounts assigned
• representing and advocating internally for the voice of customer
What will you learn:
• work with global customer care teams&leaders
• gain insight on TE's vast portfolio and Channel business model
• scope to work on customer feedback related projects
• learn about TE's products and customer relationship management including sales skills
