Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Rental Management - transaction expertise, Fixed Asset Verifications (tying contracts to assets, collection issues, etc)
  • Commercial and PM Finance Analytics / Reporting (monitoring, forecasting and other processes improvements tools implementation)
  • Preparing of Product Line P&L
  • Preparing complex ad hoc analyses (support in Cost Estimation for Project P&L, analysis of Product Lines & finding improvements opportunities, Strategy Plan support etc)
  • ASG transfers posting and analysis

What your background should look like:

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics
  • You are experienced in working with SAP and MS Office, strong technical skillset (Tableau, Power BI, and/or SAP Business Objects/Business Intelligence)
  • You have strong, professional and effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivation with critical attention to detail and deadlines is one of your strengths
  • You have the ability to work in cross functional teams
  • You have experience in a controlling and/or project environment
  • You are able to analyze data and convert them into information as base for improvement actions
  • Experience in Manufacturing environment would be an advantage
