Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.



  • Ensure sales and promote products and services
  • Identify customer needs and develop/implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Acquire new business and customers
  • Analyze market information, chart competitors, and stay informed about market trends
  • Coordinate with various corporate functions (Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Marketing) to provide optimal solutions to customers
  • Report sales territory performance

What your background should look like:

  • Secondary school/University (Technical/Business preferred)
  • 1-3 years in sales engineering or related roles
  • Proficiency in English, Polish in writing and speaking, Czech would be an advantage
  • Technical skills, sales negotiation skills, and sales acumen
  • Self-time management skills
  • Deep knowledge of customer structure, market conditions, and competitor/supplier landscape
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic and tactical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to build successful working relationships quickly at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Car driving license required
  • Flexibility for travel
