Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
【仕事内容】
Plant HR Solution Partnerは、主に掛川工場において①HR Operationの役割と②HR Business Partnerの役割を担うハイブリッドなロールです。
①下記のようなHRタスクのExpertとして、タスクのオーナーシップを持っていただきます。
-人材育成：グローバルの教育プログラムの国内展開や、日本独自のプログラム立案や運営
-労務管理：人事ステムの管理、データ分析、グローバル展開されるプロジェクトへの参画や日本への導入等
-人事規程：規程の管理、更新、届出業務
-入退社プロセス：オンボーディング、オフボーディング
-プロジェクト業務：システム統合、ペーパーレス、プロセス簡素化
-ER: 社内労組対応
-Global Mobility（全社のGlobal Mobilityに関する業務）
②社内のBusiness Unit (BU) へのHR Business Partnering
-タレントパイプラインの作成とTop performerの育成とリテンション
-工場要員計画、採用戦略の立案、実行
-新卒採用戦略の立案・実行
- BUでの組織人材開発へのサポートとプログラムの実施
- Succession Planningの実施
- Inclusion & Diversityプログラムの企画と実施
What your background should look like:
【応募資格】
・ 学歴：大学卒以上
・ 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
英語 - 日常業務において海外拠点と、メール・電話による英語でのコミュニケーションが必要です。それに対して積極的に取り組める意思、向学心があること
【業務経験】
<必須条件>
・ 人事担当者として3年以上のHR実務経験（HRオペレーション、BP、またはCOEのいずれかのご経験）
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 企画から実行までハンズオンで業務を遂行することを厭わない方
・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢および自己管理能力
・ 学習意欲の高い方
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕）
<歓迎条件>
下記経験のいずれかをお持ちの方
・人事関連規定の作成、改正、届出の経験
・労働組合、従業員代表などとの労使での折衝や交渉の経験
・外資系企業の人事部門でグローバルプログラムを日本で運営または立ち上げを経験したことがある方。
・ピープルアナリティクスなどデータ分析の経験、または分析結果をもとにした人事施策の企画導入の経験
・人材管理システム (SuccessFactors, Workday, OracleHCM)を利用した経験
