WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN:
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the relocation of production equipment between manufacturing facilities. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time and with minimal disruption to production while meeting quality and compliance requirements.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Plan and coordinate equipment transfer projects from preparation through successful production start-up
- Develop project schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and external contractors
- Oversee equipment disassembly, transportation, installation, commissioning and validation
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or organizational issues
- Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned for future transfer projects
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and lead project meetings
YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- PM experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
- English at B2 level or higher, with confidence to communicate daily in an international environment, including leading meetings, coordinating activites and presenting project updates
- Standard knowledge of SAP
- Experience with production equipment relocation or industrial transfer projects
- Knowledge of internal manufacturing processes and systems
- Experience with machine commissioning and production validation
