Talent Attraction Relationship Manager

Job Overview

TE's Talent Attraction (TA) team attracts and engages the best, diverse talent - reinforcing our SET principles (Strategy, Execution, and Talent) - to drive innovation and value for our customers in all markets. TA operates through four key imperatives: Diversity Recruiting Strategy, Executive Search Program, Talent Delivery, and Talent Intelligence.
The TA team also works with our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, contingent agencies, retained executive search partners and leverage branding, diversity, university, analytics, and competitive intelligence partners.


The primary focus of this role is to build trusting relationships and to provide the highest level of recruiting services to the business. You will oversee, drive, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process, providing both candidates and Hiring Managers, an extraordinary customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in leading engagement with the Sourcing and Administration team to drive efficiency and collaboration.

What you would do:

  • Primary point of contact for managing ownership and performance of the recruiting process.
  • Act as an escalation point for action items brought forth by Hiring Managers or project team, to include: timely response to issues that arise in day-to-day project operations, meeting with appropriate staff to define and investigate challenges and propose solutions with time and cost estimates.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with TE Connectivity hiring managers; other team members and HR to create a strong partnership.es and business requirements.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with external search parties where applicable
  • Maintain a structured working relationship with Sourcing Partners to deliver efficient and timely results on all projects
  • Partner with key owners within TA to identify opportunities for improvement in terms of cost savings, scope changes, terms and conditions, SLAs, risk management
     

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing and relationship management
  • High degree of analytical capability, including Excel, Tableau/PowerBI enabling trending and root cause analysis
  • Must be able to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, work under pressure, and perform multiple tasks
  • Have strong organisational and planning skills
  • Have a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level managers
