Job Overview

TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

TE Connectivity Kurim is a modern plant 7 km north of Brno, with its production program focused on the automotive industry with more than 2.800 employees have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Recruiter.
In your role you will be responsible to support talent acquisition delivery, manage end to end recruitment process across multiple countries and drive best in class Client and Candidate experience.
As a part of global team, you will participate and support continuous improvement initiatives as well as recruitment marketing initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
Manage the full end to end recruitment cycle from initial Hiring Manager briefing through to offer management.
Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or build talent pools for current and future requirements.
Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and shortlist process.
Engage with stakeholders across the business at all seniority levels.
Manage day to day relationships with Hiring Managers ensuring high satisfaction and seamless delivery.
Drive best in class internal and external candidate experience.
Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
Contribute and participate in global and local recruitment marketing initiatives.
Follow documented process and procedures, providing information for internal reporting and updating systems on timely basis.
Close cooperation with local HR team.
Skills & Experience
Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak (C1).
Solid recruitment experience, managing full end to end recruitment process across.
Experience and knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills – ability to work with stakeholders at all levels in matrix organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Ability to operate in agile environment and respond quickly to client requests.
Additional European languages would be an added benefit.
