HR Generalist

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN:
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Act as the link between employees, managers and departments with focus on the effective, right and business oriented solution including all TE processes and ECE
- Support managers and employees with all employment related issues (Recruitment Process, Life-cycle Employee Processes, Performance Process & Review (low performance, talents, midterm and year end process etc., Succession Planning & Organizational and leadership review, other related HR issues)
- Secure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws and TE procedures in all operating decisions
- Build up professional relationship with relevant government authorities and external HR suppliers
- Produce assigned regular and on-demand reports and statistical information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures
- To be a part of special HR projects and TE initiatives as assigned by HR management
- Cooperation with members of HR team on daily base
YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- Secondary education (University Degree in HRM, law or economics advantage)
- At least 3 years in HR department on different positions (Automotive business advantage)
- Knowledge of Labour code and HR related laws
- Excellent people management skills
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Attention to detail
- English level on business standard
