TRANSPORTATION ANALYST I

Job Overview

Provides analytic support on transportation policies, procedures and practices to ensure cost control and delivery efficiency.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:  
Handling interco customer orders from entry to delivery
Respond to customer inquiries in time and coordinate with internal teams to provide support and solution  
Review customer backlog daily, create delivery and shipment base on customer request, and meet STS STR target
Pre-book containers with forwarder, work with cross functions to utilize container space and choose the best economic mode
Build good relationships with internal and external customers to improve customer satisfaction
Prepare and update reports upon request
Prepare customer required documents like test report, COO certificate etc.
Other tasks assigned by manager

What your background should look like

Requirements:      
Bachelor's degree or above
Fluent in English
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and coordination skills
Be proactive and positive
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
