Job Overview

TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
1.Acts as a key contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
2.Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes 
3.Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally 
4.Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
5.Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks 
6.Resource the key talents effectively 
7.Identifies and prepares development plans for the key and high potential employees
8.Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees 
9.Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management 

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS 
1.University degree of relevant studies 
2.5 years and above of HR generalist experience preferably in a large multi-national business environment 
3.Strong working knowledge and experience of labor law and practices of China, a must – exposure to labor laws and practices in other countries is desirable 
4.Clarity of thought and action – strong ability to simplify – must be able to take decisions and solve problems. Must effectively integrate numerous inputs and information to provide a clear understanding of required change 
5.Be a self-starter with an outstanding “roll-up-sleeves”-attitude, who is used to driving and executing processes, projects and tasks externally and internally 
6.Combination of Operational and Strategic Mindset - extremely strong in prioritizing and solving issues throughout a global matrix organization 
7.Possess superior communication skills (oral and written) with ability to present confidently in front of senior executives 
8.Ability to execute, work and create momentum for change within a cross functional, geographically diverse team environment 
9.Ability to assess and enhance effective collaborations with different work councils regionally in order to facilitate required change
