Job Overview

Oversees the administration and continual improvement of quality management systems.

Job Requirements

Quality System Management

  • Develop and maintain ISO 9001, and other relevant quality management systems
  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements (UL, DNV, etc)
  • Lead review and audits, drive the procedure improvement on timely basis

Operational Quality

  • Implement advanced quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP)
  • Responsible for product quality (IQC, PQC FQC, NCM, etc)
  • Introduce quality tools to enhance the problem-solving skill and drive the improvements continuously.
  • Responsible to achieve quality performance target and drive quality cost reduction.
  • Build quality culture within plant.

Customer Quality

  • Manage the customer concern, complaints and etc.
  • Support customer audits and facility tours
  • Provide profession service to customer from quality perspective to support the business grow.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish development plans for team members
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service

What your background should look like

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing quality control or related. Molding, stamping experience as a plus.
  • 5+ years’ experience in management role

Technical Skills & Language

  • Proficient in quality management tools (SPC, Problem Solving, etc.)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification as plus
  • IATF 16949 experience as plus
  • Fluent in English
