Oversees the administration and continual improvement of quality management systems.

Job Requirements

• Ensuring the execution of department projects including the creation project deliverables; approving non-conformances and CAPA.
• Setting and tracking KPI metrics to meet strategy objectives; ensuring balanced headcount and workload for the team.
• Leading, mentoring and developing mid-size teams to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives.
• Managing and cascading staffing development and performance management programs for you and all quality staff; maintaining constructive relationships with all departments and external stakeholders; handling escalations at the Manager level and continuing escalation process if needed.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
