Your main tasks:

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams to support NPI programs from concept to launch
  • Establish governance, reporting, and strategic KPIs to monitor NPI performance and risk exposure.
  • Develop and implement procurement standards, tools, and processes to accelerate NPI readiness
  • Lead sourcing decisions for NPI in line with global commodity strategy
  • Coordinate the work of commodity buyers for NPI-related procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing and supplier readiness
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and digital tools adoption for sourcing efficiency
  • Oversee cost modelling, should-cost analysis, and budget management for NPI sourcing
  • Define, develop, and execute a comprehensive commodity strategy aligned with global business objectives and TE growth plans
  • Lead annual and multi-year sourcing roadmaps including cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability targets
  • Managing sourcing projects, key initiatives, and supplier negotiations

Your ideal background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic or direct purchasing, preferably in the Electronics, Automotive, or Industrial sectors. 
  • Proven track record in supplier management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Experienced in people management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. 
  • Experience managing sourcing projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • High business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset. 
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). 
  • Strong potential and motivation to grow within the global procurement organization
