Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Analytics team within the CX Portfolio Management Office. The role focuses on delivering high-quality analytics, reporting and data visualization solutions that support data-driven decision-making in a complex, cross-functional environment.

You will work with data from multiple enterprise sources, partner closely with business stakeholders and contribute to the design of dashboards and analytical tools that improve transparency, performance tracking and strategic outcomes.

Your tasks

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights
  • Develop, maintain and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau tool
  • Write, optimize and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
  • Work with and integrate data from SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise systems
  • Design and support automated, scalable reporting solutions
  • Make trusted partnership with business teams to identify their needs and provide suitable analytical tools
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality across all BI deliverables
  • Document data models, reporting logic and analytical processes
  • Ensure accurate tracking of deliverables, risks and actions using Asana or similar tool
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BI standards, tools and best practices

Your ideal profile

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ year’s proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL
  • Practical experience with Tableau, Power BI or comparable data visualization tools
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, reporting and KPI frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to validate own work and work of others, results oriented, customer focused, team player
  • Very good communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Experience working with SAP and/or Salesforce data and reporting
  • Experience supporting Sales, Customer Care or CX analytics
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data governance or data warehousing concepts
  • Experience in international or matrix organizations
