Job Requirements

  • Lead the S2P team (up to 8 people) in executing processes timely, effectively, and efficiently, combining and developing leadership skills, analytical approaches, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ensure fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), continuously improving on performance benchmark.
  • Assign team members for task execution according to their capacity, competency set and Individual Development Plans.
  • Coach, mentor and support development of team members, recognize key employees.
  • Use available tools (SAP, Celonis etc.) to analyze and present data to support business insights & decision making.
  • Support the team in operational activities if needed.
  • Closely and effectively cooperate with other teams, departments, business stakeholders, S2P GPO, SMEs, FSC India, Compliance Manager, CI Manger etc.
  • Deliver and manage projects across S2P Department and FSC Krakow. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.
  • Ensure a robust compliance environment in the team with applicable policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Understand the company's operations and the strategy of TE FSC Krakow / S2P and the global TE organization

What your background should look like

  • Overall 3+ years of experience within Source to Pay/Accounts Payable
  • Strong accounting background and prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Offic
