Your main tasks

•    handling and resolving escalated Accounts Payable, invoice and payment processing issues
•    execute S2P month end close activities including S2P related accounts reconciliation
•    handle  vendor account statements
•    answer and resolve vendor and AP workflow queries
•    prepare and process vendor payments
•    execute S2P accounting analyses and reports as assigned
•    contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
•    build good relationship with key stakeholders including corporate suppliers
•    ensure proper processing of internal and 3rd party vendor invoices and support processing with complex issues

Your ideal background

•   previous experience in AP/S2P area
•   good knowledge of SAP and Excel
•   excellent organizational and analytical skills
•   developed interpersonal skills
•   very good knowledge of English
