R2R Team Leader with French

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage R2R team, ensure quality and efficiency of work
  • Execute accounting analyses and reports as assigned
  • Manage the completion of required close activities
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports
  • Apply techniques to solve issues and improve the process
  • Organize regular meetings, coach and mentor team
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the team
  • Proactively monitor and operate a robust SOX
  • Build strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Close cooperate with RTR Process Manager
What your background should look like:
  • Strong accounting background and deep understanding of RTR processes
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in managing RTR teams in SSC environment
  • Well-developed management and leadership skills
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of French as a strong asset
