Your main tasks

Support R2R Accountants with general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany tasks per global standards.

Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and validate Trial Balance for non-complex entities during close.

Complete month-end reporting in HFM, including financial statements and supplemental data.

Identify financial risks through reconciliations and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Ensure SOX and local compliance by executing Control Self-Assessment checks and supporting audits.

Assist with R2R migrations, support on Business Continuity Plan and update desktop procedures regularly.

Provide audit and tax support by delivering required documentation and responses.

Join operational calls, engage with business units, and build stakeholder relationships per TE values.

Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts under the TEOA framework.
Your ideal background
- Education - Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting
- 1+ years of relevant experience (min. 6 months of experience in a General Accounting or 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good command in English
- Good accounting background
- Solid analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problem
