Your main tasks
- Manage general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany processes
- Prepare complex journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Complete required period-end closing activities and financial reporting in HFM
- Investigate and resolve complex discrepancies found during account reconciliations
- Performing internal control checks
- Support new R2R processes migration
- Provide support to auditors and tax advisors throughout the audit process
- Ensure compliance with SOX, law regulations, internal policies and procedures
- Participate in regular team and business meetings
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
- Provide support for junior team members
- Ensure all targets are met by the deadlines
What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in General Ledger or Record to Report (R2R) functions
- Very good command of the English (B2)
- Knowledge of ERPs (SAP or similar), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams
