Based in Kraków, you’ll work in a truly international environment - collaborating with stakeholders across regions and levels, gaining broad exposure, and influencing how we operate globally.
Your main tasks
- Own end-to-end project delivery: execution, timelines, budget, and stakeholder communication
- Lead a portfolio of FSC projects, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality
- Guide project and operations teams throughout execution
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans
- Manage dependencies, priorities, and escalations to keep projects on track
- Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Partner with the business to define scope, goals, success metrics, and value
- Support integration, transitions, and FSC expansion initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovative ways of working
- Ensure consistent use of project governance, change, and lifecycle processes
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (Operations, Tech, Transformation, Business)
- Train and support teams on PM tools and best practices
- Share learnings and collaborate with PMs across FSC locations
Your ideal backgound

5–7 years of experience in project management, ideally within process improvement, transformation, or technology implementation

3+ years in a managerial role (Project Management or Consulting; FSC/shared services or finance operations experience is a plus)

Good knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global environment

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and engage stakeholders across different levels

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Understanding of finance processes (S2P, O2C, R2R)

Experience with tools such as SAP, Celonis, ServiceNow, or Power BI is an asset

Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management knowledge is a plus

Relevant degree (Finance, Accounting, Business or similar)

Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
