Why you should join:

We are looking for a motivated and delivery-focused Project Manager to support Customer Experience initiatives within the CX Portfolio Management Office.
This role focuses on coordinating and delivering projects related to commercial initiatives, working under established governance and with guidance from senior Program and Project Managers.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Program Managers and delivery teams, supporting execution, tracking progress, managing risks and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.

Your tasks:

  • Support end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives within the commercial teams and CX portfolio
  • Coordinate initiatives related to Customer experience improvements
  • Support systems integration and implementation projects, working closely with IT and business teams
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies and risks in line with PMO standards
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Business Process Analysis and improvements
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP or similar commercial systems
  • Prepare regular project status updates, dashboards and materials for stakeholders
  • Track deliverables, risks and action items using Asana or similar project management tools
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, sprint reviews and follow-ups
  • Support governance, reporting and compliance with portfolio and PMO processes
  • Assist in stakeholder communication and change management activities

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Project Coordinator role in a cross-functional environment
  • Basic understanding of project delivery lifecycle and governance principles
  • Experience supporting initiatives related to commercial projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project or similar)
  • Ability to manage assigned workstreams independently with guidance
  • Good communication skills and proactive approach to problem solving

Nice to have:

  • Experience in PMO / PgMO or portfolio environments
  • Exposure to systems integration or business system implementations
  • Familiarity with escalation management, customer issue resolution or CX initiatives
  • Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations
