Product Marketing Analyst

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Product Marketing teams generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing programs for both new product introductions (NPIs), legacy product promotions and technology solutions, focusing on driving awareness and demand for products and technologies in collaboration with PM, Sales and Channel partners. They create effective marketing programs by working with internal and external creative resources to develop videos, print advertisement, presentations, brochures, etc. that result in lead generation and product sales that support both high impact product launches and improve sales in weaker product lines by driving sales and brand preference. They also manage product launches and account capture marketing plans through marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce.com and Eloqua and define, measure and report on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments. 

As a member of the Product Marketing team, the Product Marketing Analyst will drive awareness and demand for new and legacy Industrial products in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Integrated, Digital, Strategy and Channel Marketing. The Product Marketing Analyst will lead the product launch process, create compelling product messaging and develop impactful product promotion plans. This role is located in Krakow, Poland and reports to the Global Product Marketing Manager, located in Harrisburg, USA.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing campaigns for both new product introductions (NPIs) and legacy product promotions
  • Create effective product promotion campaigns by working with internal and external creative resources to develop content that results in lead generation and product sales to support both high impact product launches and improve sales in older product lines
  • Ensure all market-facing communications deliver clear, compelling, differentiated messages that drive customer engagement and response
  • Develop strong product messaging and positioning that focuses on key product and/or TE differentiators to tell a compelling story
  • Manage the product launch process for general-market NPI with Product Management, ensuring new products are sales ready, both for direct and distribution customers
  • Define, measure and report on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments
  • Work with Product Managers and Engineers to tell the TE/Business Unit product story and communicate with Product Managers on key product development and updates
  • Work with marketing team as a product expert, providing guidance and suggestions for featured products in various integrated and channel marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage assigned budget in line with plan

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business 
  • Marketing and/or product marketing experience at a technology or manufacturing company (preferred)
  • Ability to influence internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects to completion with on-time delivery
  • Proven track-record of strategic thinking and taking initiative on new ideas and problem solving
  • Experience with direct marketing, web/digital marketing, and content production
  • Excellent bilingual written and oral communications skills
  • Knowledgeable on current marketing communications trends and practices
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross functional teams
