Office and Facility Coordinator (2 years contract)

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
What your background should look like:


  • Act as first point of contact for employees on office, facility and administrative topics,
  • Organize reception, office, facilities and files,
  • Daily cooperation with various vendors providing services and goods related to our office / facility, employees and devices/equipment,
  • Daily review and prioritization of mails as well as handling incoming and outgoing correspondence,
  • Manage customer/guests visits and company/employee events (arranging logistics, accommodation, meeting facilities, catering, restaurant bookings etc.),
  • Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including expense submission,
  • Assist and provide support for other administrative tasks (i.e. benefits, HR admin, H&S).


  • 2-3 years relevant business experience in an office / facility / administrative capacity preferred,
  • Diversified/International experience preferred,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required,
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with all levels of clients, customers and internal personnel,
  • Must be proactive, responsive and resourceful,
  • Demonstrated experience working independently, prioritizing work,
  • Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines in timely manner,
  • Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
