Your main tasks

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for O2C processes and support migration initiatives to Kraków
  • Manage credit issues and disputes, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Evaluate customer credit limits, provide recommendations, and oversee credit blocking decisions
  • Partner with corporate clients to review balances and proactively manage overdue payments
  • Recommend bad debt reserves in line with corporate policies
  • Act as a senior team member, mentoring and developing junior analysts
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure smooth implementation
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls
  • Monitor KPIs, providing insights to enhance performance benchmarks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Finance and accounting background (3+ years)
  • Experience in financial and accounting roles within a shared services structure
  • English proficiency, both written and spoken (B2+)
  • Knowledge of another language is an asset
  • Proficiency of ERPs (SAP or similar), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach
