Your main tasks:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reporting, calculations, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare bad debt reserve calculations in compliance with corporate accounting policies.
  • Reconcile O2C-related General Ledger accounts and investigate account discrepancies.
  • Create and process manual invoices for assigned EMEA entities.
  • Execute and coordinate the dunning process in cooperation with collection teams
  • Review and approve customer master data updates and refund requests.
  • Support audits, balance sheet reviews, and internal control activities.
  • Approve weekly cash forecasts, analyze deviations, and provide recommendations for forecast improvements and adjustments.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and support the development of junior team members.

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Shared Services environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and financial accounting principles.
  • Experience with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work successfully in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher); additional European language skills are considered an asset.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
