Financial Solutions Centers (FSCs) is a global network of finance and accounting centralized locations providing top class services to TE Connectivity entities around the world. Our scope includes Source to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report processes. 
Our global strategy focuses on four key pillars: business partnering, talent development, continuous improvement and leveraging scale. 

We are currently looking for Junior Process Manager to our Order to Cash (O2C) Team in EMEA FSC in Krakow, Poland. In this role you will support to drive efficient, centralized O2C operations which include Cash Application, Collection, Dispute & Credit Management. You will also take part in execution of our global strategy and in shaping steps to achieve our strategic goals. 

Responsibilities:

•    Manage O2C teams (approx. 30-40 team members, both direct and indirect reports) 
•    Drive strategy framework for O2C and wider FSC influencing short-term and long-term perspective
•    Coach, mentor and support development of team members, recognize key employees 
•    Perform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
•    Ensure the succession plan for critical roles with regular review 
•    Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives within the O2C function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
•    Form a strong collaborative relationship with Global Process Owner and Global PMO Teams
•    Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
•    Effectively collaborate with other departments within FSC Krakow as well with other FSC’s 
•    Build strong relationship with key stakeholders within Finance Organization and Business Units
•    Rationalize operating costs (workload distribution, salary optimization, role diversification with proper band-mix)
•    Optimize the productivity metrics for key process areas to accomplished targeted productivity gain 

What your background should look like:

•    Overall 7+ years of experience within Order to Cash and relevant experience in the leadership role (Cash application, Credit & Collection, Dispute management processes)
•    Strong accounting background 
•    Prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment 
•    Strong written and oral communication skills 
•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment 
•    Ab Officeility to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated 
•    Ability to take initiative, boost engagement, influence and motivate down the department structure 
•    Very good command of English
•    Command of other European languages an asset
•    Proficiency in SAP, MS
