Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement, crafting cohesive messages across diverse channels to consistently showcase TE's value to customers, employees, partners, and influencers.
  • Showcase your expertise by seamlessly navigating the marketing mix and mastering various communication formats—written, spoken, and digital.
  • Collaborate on and enhance Industrial ecommerce pages, campaigns, and initiatives, driving higher traffic and boosting sales.
  • Ensure campaign strategies harmonize with broader marketing goals and business priorities.
  • Innovatively design, implement, and gauge the impact of dynamic integrated marketing campaigns, tapping into advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral, and events.
  • Drive global brand targeting customers, influencers and potential employees, including leveraging existing relationships and building new alliances with university, professional and industry partners.
  • Craft and maintain captivating print and digital marketing materials—newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail, and advertisements.
  • Skillfully orchestrate local and global events to amplify strategic business objectives and garner further promotional opportunities.
  • Embrace an enterprise-wide perspective, closely collaborating with Business Unit and Center Communications teams to ensure campaign messaging alignment.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing communications, journalism, public relations or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective communications and campaigns
  • Ability to influence internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists
  • Experience with digital marketing tools a plus
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) a must
  • Experience with project management  
  • Experience working with external agencies a plus
