This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience through technical advice and consultative sales. Your tasks:
- Delivers an extraordinary customer experience by advising customers and by responding to their technical questions in a timely manner, on TE products, services and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer and the designs they are working on.
- Sells the value propositions of TE Connectivity products and services.
- Communicate with end customers via various channels such as telephone, email and chat (inbound inquiries) to resolve technical questions and propose options and solutions.
- Liaison with internal support areas including production, sales, engineering, customer care and others as necessary to resolve customer inquiries and requests.
- Promote TE portfolio of products to drive revenue.
Your ideal background:
- Bachelor’s technical or business degree preferrable - or equivalent experience.
- +2 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a technical environment.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or customer service roles.
- Confident use of technical English languages (both verbal and written) is required.
- Problem solving skills, influencing abilities, a collaborative team-oriented mindset and the ability to provide effective feedback.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
