Junior Supplier Integration Manager

Job Overview
Your responsibilities
• Implements and develop a partner approach with key suppliers
• Responsible for supplier´s delivery performance monitoring and improvement
• Lead and coordinate supply improvement projects and actions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, PM, procurement colleagues) to implement BU strategy and adapt it to suppliers
• Built and maintain relevant analysis, reporting and action plan including root cause analysis, curative, corrective and preventive action plans, KPI trackers etc.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding needed improvements / actions, as well as implementation of buffer stocks and consignment programs
• Manage bottlenecks and supply crisis, and provides support when needed to quality and supply chain teams
• Review and optimize Lead Time and MOQs, in collaboration with procurement and planning teams
• Verify and challenge forecast accuracy (with PMs and Demand planning), check and confirm capacity / flexibility with top suppliers
• Ensure supplier capacity is mapped and measured for most critical suppliers, to feed the SIOP process
• Travels to plants and suppliers in Europe (20 to 30% of the time)
What your background should look like:
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, quality, or procurement
• Supplier management & strong negotiation skills – experience in one of following industries preferred: Automotive / Appliance / Aerospace / FMGC
• Lean / continuous improvement proven track records, as well as knowledge of related tools and methodologies
• Experienced with Production Run Rate and value stream mapping preferred
• Very strong analytical and computer-skills (including SAP and Excel)
• Ability to take initiative, propose solutions and think “outside of the box”
• Ability to influence and take decisions, critical thinking and curiosity
• Team player and “can-do” attitude
• Positive attitude, sense of humor and solid dose of pragmatism will be a plus
