TE Connectivity’s Customer Service teams work closely with customers as well as internal sales and service partners to support a wide range of pre‑sales and post‑sales activities. The role involves managing and processing customer transactions via phone, online channels, and written correspondence.
Team members respond to inquiries related to TE’s products and services, and investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. An important focus of this role is building and maintaining strong business relationships by consistently delivering a high‑quality customer experience in line with TE’s Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
Your tasks:
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers, with direct account responsibility
- Progress and expedite orders as requested
- Process requests for quotations
- Manage customer return requests
- Investigate credit and debit requests and queries, issuing credits/debits as required
- Conduct regular account reviews to discuss on-time delivery (OTD), backlog, and general support topics
- Review, action, and issue all relevant order-related reports
- Respond to technical customer inquiries using intranet technical references and propose alternative solutions using available resources
Your ideal background:
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar customer-facing role
- Professional working proficiency in English and French (minimum B2 level)
- Very good knowledge of SAP and the MS Office suite; supply chain or logistics experience is considered an asset
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A collaborative team player with a strong customer focus and organizational agility, able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, think creatively, and approach situations with a positive and patient mindset
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Organized, resilient, and open-minded, with the ability to adapt in dynamic situations
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (office located in Kraków)
