Job Overview

The HRBP - Projects & Analytics will lead strategic HR data initiatives across the Industrial Automation and Electrification Business Unit, managing complex analytics projects that support plant operations, talent management, and business transformation. This role requires expertise in manufacturing HR environments and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across global operations.

Your main tasks:

Strategic HR Analytics Leadership

Plant HR Dashboard Management: Oversee quarterly plant-specific HR KPI dashboards covering headcount (indirect/direct), absenteeism, attrition, workforce flexibility, succession pipeline, gender diversity, and engagement metrics

Talent Scorecard Coordination: Manage monthly talent scorecard reporting for BU and SLT leader breakdown, focusing on succession pipeline readiness and gender diversity commitments

Data Integration Projects: Lead initiatives to streamline data flows from MyHR, Salesforce, Glint, and local HR systems into cohesive analytics frameworks

Operational Analytics & Reporting

Incentive Calculations: Oversee SIP/PMIP payout calculations and accruals forecasting, working with customized BU systems outside standard MyHR capabilities

Performance Management: Coordinate performance rating analytics during calibration periods using HRBP tools and corporate systems

Business Transformation Support

Restructuring Projects: Lead complex RIF (Reduction in Force) tracking and approval processes, managing detailed corporate templates and execution monitoring for business leaders, HR, and Finance

M&A Analytics: Support acquisition analytics before full HR integration, including headcount files, restructuring scenarios, and integration planning

Process Automation: Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work in restructuring and analytics processes

Stakeholder Coordination

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Global HRBP, local HR partners, corporate HR analytics teams, HR PMO for M&A, Finance and Sales Operations Teams

Plant Leadership Accountability: Ensure plant leaders remain accountable for HR performance metrics through dashboard visibility

SLT Reporting: Provide monthly talent analytics to Senior Leadership Team members with breakdown by organizational levels

Your ideal background:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • 3+ years of HR analytics experience in complex multinational organization
  • Experience with global HR systems integration and M&A analytics support
  • Advanced Excel/Power Query skills for complex data manipulation
  • Experience with corporate HR templates and RIF approval processes
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) for dashboard creation
  • SQL knowledge for MyHR data extraction
  • LEAN methodology application to HR processes
  • Change management expertise for system implementations
  • Automation strategy development to reduce manual analytics work
  • RACI framework development and process improvement
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguous and complex organizations
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Ability to run complex projects with diverse nationalities, cultures and function
