Customer Service Specialist is responsible for independently managing customer interactions, resolving order and delivery issues, and supporting internal coordination with productionsales and finance departments. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 

Your main tasks:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Process orders, returns, and delivery follow-ups using ERP/CRM tools. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. 
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues. 
  • Maintain up-to-date process knowledge to support customers effectively. 
  • Prepare customer service performance reports and assist in continuous improvement efforts. 

Your ideal background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management or Philology
  • 1–5 years of experience in a customer service or order management role, ideally in     
  • Production /technology 
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluent Italian and good command of English
