Customer Service Intern with French

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Responsibilities

  • Processing orders in SAP and cooperation with the Back Office team
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and queries
  • Tracking orders and delivery dates for customers
  • Performing administrative tasks and providing support with reporting
  • Taking part in internal projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • Working closely with internal & external customers

  • Quick learning skills
  • Good analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Good command in English (B2) and French (B1)
