Customers Service Associate Nordics

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. 

This Customer Service Associate opportunity is to support the Nordic Marketplace.  The purpose of this role is to interact with customers, company sales/service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions

The succesful candidate will be the Primary contact on a day to day basis with direct account responsibility for the customers in   either Denmark or Sweden-Norway.

ROLE STATEMENT:
To provide customer service interface between the customer and TE Energy.
To serve allocated customer accounts to deliver excellent customer experience. To maximize customer satisfaction and provide an interface between field sales and customer. To build and maintain relationships with internal support functions and external customers.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Register orders in the SAP system
- Manage and follow up orders where required
- Process customer returns
- Investigate debit and credit requests and process where required
- Hold regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, Leadtimes, Abnormal demand, MTO/MTS improvement initiatives.
- Take care of the Quote Creation Process

 

KEY EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
• Very good SAP knowledge, 
• Customer-oriented, independent work
• Success-oriented, open-minded, organized, resilient even in stressful situations
• Team player and confident single performer
• Technical interest and understanding
• Fluent Spoken and written Swedish or Danish or Norwegian, English at a good level. Finnish is a plus.
• Good time management and ability to priorities tasks
• Pro-active and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements
