Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support on a daily basis
  • Efficiently process orders and schedules in the SAP system, conducting thorough contract reviews
  • Proactively expedite orders and handle request for quotations promptly
  • Investigate and resolve credit and debit requests, demonstrating strong problem-solving and negotiating skills
  • Conduct regular reviews with assigned accounts, addressing any concerns and ensuring on-time delivery (OTD)
  • Utilize our technical reference materials to answer customer queries and offer alternative solutions
  • Take the initiative to follow up on quotes and provide timely updates

What your background should look like:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of Customer Care experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in English and/or German (at least B2 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good in SAP and MS Office package, familiarity with supply chain or logistics is advantageous
  • Exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities
  • A dedicated team player with a customer-focused mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills, able to think outside the box and approach challenges with a positive attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills, capable of resolving issues effectively
  • Success-oriented, open-minded, well-organized, and resilient, even in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with the office located in Kraków
