This role will be part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Team responsible for building and strengthening the Continuous Improvement culture within the Financial Solutions Center (FSC) in EMEA (Krakow). The position will support the creation, implementation, and sustainability of CI and TEOA programs across the Financial Solutions Center Organization. 

The role will work closely with all teams within the Krakow FSC and, when needed, collaborate on selected global initiatives with other regional FSCs located in Suzhou, Bangalore and San Jose. 

This position reports directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager – EMEA. 

Your main tasks

  • Support continuous improvement activities in the FSC by providing data analysis, insights, and process performance tracking. 
  • Apply CI and TEOA tools to identify inefficiencies and contribute to improvement initiatives. 
  • Facilitate or cofacilitate CI workshops (e.g. problemsolving, process mapping, root cause analysis) based on FSC needs. 
  • Collaborate with the Automation Team to validate automation opportunities and ensure alignment with FSC needs. 
  • Contribute to defining project scope, baseline metrics, and expected benefits. 
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations summarizing CI projects and initiatives progress 
  • Assist in training and engaging employees in CI tools and methodologies. 
  • Support the deployment of TEOA requirements through documentation, evidence gathering, and showcasing success stories. 
  • Maintain accurate progress updates for CI initiatives and support CI knowledge sharing across FSCs. 

What your background should look like

  • 2–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or project management, preferably within Shared Services. 
  • Experience supporting or managing CI projects in Finance & Accounting processes and facilitating Kaizen or problem‑solving workshops. 
  • Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management principles; Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus. 
  • Practical exposure to technologies such as Power BI, Power App, Power Automate is an advantage. 
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) is an asset. 
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements in SSC/BPO or other global, matrix organizations. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and interpret data related to accounting and operational processes. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment. 
  • Higher education degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 

 

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence 2–3 days per week.
