Your main tasks:

  • Manages rhythm and Sub Vertical (SV) Management Operating System & aligns it to Business Unit / Segment cadences
  • Part of filter leadership team reporting to the GM. Will be part of shaping the strategic journey of the sub vertical
  • Manages the monthly and quarterly Business Reviews at Sub-Vertical & BU level including collecting, consolidating KPI Data and material preparation
  • TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) leader for FLT SV focused on deploying Continuous Improvement methodology for business performance improvement
  • Coordinates the Strategy Deployment initiatives (e.g., Hoshin Kāṇrī) by partnering with SV leaders, works to define TTIs (Targets to Improve) and tracks progress to next Levels (e.g., SL4-5)
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives (process, operating system, time architecture for Filters Sub-Vertical)
  • Maximizes the effectiveness of the SV leadership team and the SV GM as a thought partner and problem - solving specialist
  • Coordinates and collaborates with Sector level CI/ TEOA team and leadership to align priorities and support capability development
  • Own the SV organization communication and engagement rhythm – monthly newsletter, quarterly all employees webcast, critical announcements, extended leadership meetings etc.

Your ideal background:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that enable preparation of both numeric and narrative driven presentations
  • Cross-functional leadership & comfort partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, HR , Operations.
  • Very good project management skills (PMP Certification is nice to have), able to drive multiple complex strategic and operational initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to think strategically while leading with a sense of urgency in an ambiguous environment
  • Prior experience working with different cultural contexts
  • Bias for action, collaborative
  • 5+ years experience with enterprise consulting, continuous improvement or project management in a B2B environment
