Job Overview

Talent Attraction Coordinator with English (Hybrid - Kawasaki, Japan & Remote)12mth contract with possibility to extend

Role Purpose:

As a Talent Attraction Coordinator, you will provide end-to-end administrative support throughout the recruitment process. Working closely with Talent Attraction (TA) Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates, you will help ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.

The key responsibilities including below but not limited to:

  • Interview Scheduling (30%): Coordinate and manage interview scheduling for both professional and graduate hiring, ensuring a smooth process for TA Partners and candidates.
  • Agency Administration (20%): Manage agency-related administration, including contract lifecycle management and invoice processing, to ensure timely and accurate payments for agency-placed roles.
  • Graduate Hiring & Employer Branding Support (20%): Provide administrative support for graduate recruitment projects and assist in employer branding initiatives
  • Pre-Onboarding Activities (10%): Support pre-onboarding processes to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, including document collection and filing.
  • ATS & System Maintenance (10%): Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (e.g., SuccessFactors, Job Suite) to ensure accurate recruitment data and reporting.
  • Other Duties (10%): Perform additional tasks as required in line with TA operational needs

What your background should look like:

  • We are hiring for highly skilled professionals and therefore need a coordination team that has a sense for people and a strong service orientation.
  • You bring 2-5 years of work experience in the administrative support field, ideally in Human Resources and you are work proficiency in English, which is a must as your manager is international.
  • Your communication skills are excellent, as you will also partner with Hiring Managers.
  • You have the passion and mindset to work in an international, industrial oriented environment. You are a creative problem solver and a great team player.
  • You are flexible and have an eye for detail and at the same time a strong business acumen with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • You are motivated and eager to take the initiative working independently as well as in a team.
  • You are fit in MS Office applications (esp. Outlook), calendar management and experienced with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. SuccessFactors).
