PRODUCT MANAGER V

Job Overview

1. Collaborate with global product management team for connectivity inside devices
2. Shape a powerful portfolio considering product life cycle and actively close portfolio gaps
3. Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps aligning with overall business objectives
4. Own the product business plan and coordinate the product portfolio strategy with other regions
5. Drive cross-functional project teams in the development of next generation products
6. Serve as a subject matter expert for connectivity inside devices
7. Be in charge of the pricing strategy and definition of new product introduction
8. Active participation and coordination of global production capacities for the portfolio
9. Responsible for forecast and profitability of the portfolio incl. initiating margin improvement activities
10. Support on-/offline sales activities / commercialization of new technologies

What your background should look like:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in (electrical) engineering or similar
2. Minimum 8 years proven track record in product management or similar role
3. Advanced technical knowledge of connectivity technologies
4. Strong leadership skills with a results-oriented approach to achieve business objectives
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable product strategies
6. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation in a competitive market
7. Curiosity as well as high flexibility and agility in assessing, planning and executing
8. Automotive industry experience is highly preferred
9. Strong collaboration and exceptional communication skills to work in a matrix organisation
10. Fluent language skills in English, Japanese required, Chinese/ German is good plus
11. Willingness to travel is required
