R&D/PRODUCT DVL ENGINEER II

Job Overview

Develops individual products or specific technical elements for medium-sized projects.

Job Requirements

• Evaluating the quality of manufactured products and providing advice in the refinement of engineering systems and processes.
• Supporting senior engineers in using basic engineering tools to get desired results.
• Coordinating the resolution of moderately complex technical issues in the manufacturing process.
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals on products for customers

業務内容

・ 電動車用コネクタの開発・設計業務
・ 顧客（OEM、Tier１）要求をまとめ、コンセプト提案、詳細設計、デザインレビュー、（掛川、中国）試作～量産立ち上げに至る製品評価・検証の実施
・ 国内主要自動車メーカーやTier1/Tier2メーカーへの提案活動および技術協議の実施
・ サプライヤー（日本国内と中国）との技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整、品質改善活動
・ 国内外顧客、海外姉妹拠点及び社内関係部門からの依頼に基づく技術支援および指導

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience

・ 学歴：大学(高専)卒以上
・ 専攻：理工系学部（電気/電子/機械など）
・ 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
　　　　　　英語 - 抵抗ないレベル、目安500点（取引先を含む海外拠点と、日常的にメール・電話による情報交換と会議の機会あり。）　　　　　　　　　　　
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office Excel等）

業務経験：

・ 業界問わず部品メーカーで機構部品（樹脂、プレス部品等）等の製品開発業務に2年以上の実務経験。
・ 3D CADの使用経験（２年）
・ 基礎的な力学が理解できている方
