We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Stamping Operators and Molding Operators. These roles support production by operating machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring consistent workflow within a team environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining strong attention to safety and product quality.   • Stamping Operator
  • Molding Operator

🕒 Shift Options

Swing Shift (Rotating Weekly)

  • Schedule:
    • Monday–Friday
    • Week 1: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Week 2: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    • Rotates weekly
  • Shift Differential: 5%

2nd Shift

  • Schedule:
    • Monday–Friday
    • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Shift Differential: 10%

3rd Shift

  • Schedule:
    • Sunday–Friday
    • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Shift Differential: 10%

What your background should look like:

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 56 lbs
  • Ability to push up to 107.9 lbs (peak force)
  • Ability to pull up to 83 lbs (peak force)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment

Stamping Operator – Job Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a team to keep stamping presses running efficiently
  • Perform required quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
  • Make stock changes and handle stock dies
  • Assist with setup and operation of auxiliary equipment needed for press operation
  • Clear jams safely and perform minor die repair work as needed

Molding Operator – Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect molded products using measurement tools including dial calipers, micrometers, and hard gaging per the quality inspection plan
  • Operate extruder and downstream equipment (puller, slitter, reeler, grinder, vision system, mold frame) according to established guidelines
  • Learn to troubleshoot and resolve processing issues
  • Assist with changeovers and machine setups
  • Transport plastic pellets to the central feed system and remove ground scrap
  • Properly segregate regrind and virgin plastic materials

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.50 - $22.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Shift Differential
