Job Overview

Responsible to define, plan, direct and coordinate the implementation of cost-effective building & facilities projects. Responsible for planning and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities. Responsible as well of the development and execution of comprehensive charters, plans and budgets for the respective savings and improvement projects, including the preparation of business case and ROI analysis. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, oversees and leads the implementation of facility expansion, and layouts
  • Coordinate and manage the activities related to a new building construction and operations start up.
  • Responsible to define, coordinate and execute energy and facilities savings projects.
  • Plan and coordinate infrastructure and facilities equipment maintenance and improvement activities
  • Coordinate and oversees contractors performing maintenance activities
  • Determine facility and equipment specifications
  • Prepare and present project business case and ROI for Management review and approval, regarding capital equipment purchases, improvements and/or building & facilities improvements.
  • Participate in the selection and qualification of suppliers and contractors. Work closely with Purchasing and suppliers to ensure design requirements are adequately defined and met.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with management and team members to track and report project status and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and building codes 
  • Promotes and complies 100% with all EHS Programs.
  • Participates actively in the Site Engagement Program.

What your background should look like:


  • Professional with an Engineering degree. 
  • Must have min 5 years experience as Facilities Projects Engineer.
  • Record of proven results leading and supervising a new building construction and/or expansions.
  • English communications skills. Write, read and speak minimum 85%.
  • Strong leadership and Strategic Planning skills.
  • Self-directed, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
